3. Project Scope
Detailed project scope will be defined in a separate Statement of Work. Work requested outside of the initial scope may be subject to additional fees and adjusted timelines.

5. Payments & Fees
Payment structures are milestone-based or hourly, as specified in your project agreement. Deviorin may require an upfront deposit before work begins.
All invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate allowed by law.
6. Revisions
Each milestone typically includes two rounds of revisions. Excessive revision requests may trigger a scope review.
7. Timelines
All dates are good-faith estimates. We prioritize quality and will communicate required timeline adjustments proactively.
8. Third-Party Services
Fees for hosting, APIs, or software licenses are the client's responsibility unless specified otherwise in the contract.
9. Accuracy of Information
Deviorin is not liable for errors in content provided by the client. We assume all client-provided data is accurate and legally owned.

10. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of the specific custom deliverable is transferred to the client. Deviorin retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, reusable code snippets, background technology, and general know-how used to build the solution.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information disclosed during the project.
13. Maintenance
Post-launch support is provided through separate maintenance agreements.
14. Result Guarantees
While we use best practices, we do not guarantee specific financial results or search rankings.
15. Liability Limit
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service phase in question.
16. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Fees apply for work completed.
17. Jurisdiction
